Job description

We are looking for a self motivated and highly energetic individual to join our sales team, must have proven record in automotive sales experience and is determined to reach their financial goals and is pursing personal growth . As an Auto Sales Representative you will interact and consult with customers to guide them through their vehicle purchase. Your goal is to create the best vehicle-buying experience to make lifelong customers. You will assist customers in selecting the right vehicle for their lifestyle. You will be trained on the specific products we offer and their benefit to our customer.

Responsibilities for this position:

• Build a rapport with potential customers to improve the possibility of a sale in the future.
• Maintain a customer database and communicate with them.
• Assist customers with completing the relevant paperwork required for a successful sale to be processed.
• Maintain reporting structures and recording sales and inventory on our CRM software.
• Collaborate with team members to reach sales targets.
• Assist with the set up of showroom and promotional display.
• Routinely follow up with buyers to ensure continued satisfaction.
• Call prospective buyers to generate new business on a daily basis.

Requirements and Skills : * Proven work experience as a Car Salesperson or similar role

• A professional appearance, friendly manner, and positive attitude
• The ability to be competitive while maintaining the client’s best interests
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service and negotiation expertise
• Relevant training and/or certifications as a Car Salesperson

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $39,186.97 - $132,054.06 per year

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

• Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Garland, TX 75041: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
