Empire Distributors Inc, A Leading Beverage Distributor is now hiring a Sales Assistant Admin. Our company offers excellent benefits, competitive wages, and the potential for growth opportunities.
Pay: $23.00 per hour.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintains the AR supplier portal, creates login ID, and sends statements.
• Issues debit and credit memos.
• Issues credits and price corrections.
• Sets up new Sales Representatives SAP ID, commission rates, and assign to their District Manager.
• Sets up new accounts and updates existing accounts commission, delivery information, and designated Sales Representative in SAP.
• Processes Costco and Sam’s Club orders, also handles any credits that need to be issued.
• Processes local Supplier sample orders.
• Arranges deliveries of donations and special events.
• Processes will call invoices.
• Communicates to the sales team & suppliers the ride with schedule on a monthly basis. Coordinates samples for sales reps & suppliers.
• Acts as backup for Accounts Receivable.
• Assists with order entry as needed.
• Monthly billing of Supplier unsellable’s.
• Supports AM &/or DM with grocery/chain pricing management.
• Supports the Executive Sales team with data analysis for both sales & suppliers.
• Other duties as assigned by Vice President/GM.

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Computer Skills

• To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, & SAP.
