We are seeking an experienced Account/Shift Manager to join our team. As an Account/Shift Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with our clients. You will analyze client needs and provide solutions to meet their business goals.

Duties:
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients
- Analyze client needs and provide solutions to meet their business goals
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
- Prepare reports on account status
- Supervise numerous guards and locations

Requirements:

- Proven experience as an Account Manager or relevant role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and provide insights
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Must have a valid/current BSIS guard card or be willing to get one ASAP.

Military and law enforcement background a plus
