Thoroughly understanding competitive offerings and provide commercial organizations with appropriate positioning and tools to differentiate product(s) versus the competition in a profitable manner that adds value to the customer.- Analyzing and synthesizing key competitive wins, competitive intelligence, and market research to lead the development of specific strategies to beat the competition.
- Developing go-to-market strategies & campaigns with detailed competitive playbooks aligned by portfolio.
- Leveraging the Zone organizations and their top closers experience to build deep competitive knowledge and serve as a critical connector to bring best practices across the globe.
- Collecting, codifying and assisting in the appropriate best practice transfer of successful local/zone initiatives that deliver product goals in line with Atellica brand strategy, combining compliance to global strategy with local relevance.
- Develop educational programs and tools to train sales teams worldwide to quantify and sell the value of our competitive and differentiating solutions.
- Monitoring, tracking Competition moves in the market and support portfolio leads with inputs for portfolio positioning
- Supports the Marketing teams with inputs to improve our portfolio positioning against competition and supports the development of directed sales and marketing campaigns to increase market share gains
- Support commercial discussions with zones on business performance against competition and performance against Sales and Marketing Campaigns.
- Close collaboration with strategy team to track new competitive portfolio introduction and Market share development.

- Have an in-depth understanding of hospital and reference lab environments and experience as a med-tech/laboratorian
- Shown demonstrated success in creating and quantifying value propositions to showcase the clinical, operational, and financial value of solutions
- Experience in developing and implementing sales training programs
- Demonstrated ability to envision possibilities, lead teams and drive results
Required skills to have for the success of this role
- 5+ years of relevant commercial (e.g., sales, service, marketing) experience in healthcare, preferably laboratory diagnostics
- Subject matter expertise in hospital and reference lab environments required, prior experience as a med-tech/laboratorian preferred
- Strong conceptual, analytical, and presentation skills
- Collaborative with ability to work across business lines and partner to build consensus and achieve results
- Demonstrated success in creating and quantifying value propositions to showcase the clinical, operational, and financial value of solutions
- Experience in developing and implementing sales training programs
- Demonstrated ability to envision possibilities, lead teams and drive results.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage across the matrix in the context of a large global company.
- Previous experience in both Global Marketing and Country Marketing roles a plus.
- Bachelor degree in business; life sciences; engineering or related technical discipline. MBA is preferred

The pay range for this position is $120,000.00 - $165,000 annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The annual incentive target is 10% of base pay. Siemens Healthineers offers a variety of health and wellness benefits including paid time off and holiday pay.
