We are seeking an experienced Marketing and Sales Coordinator to join our growing team in the metal fabrication industry. In this exciting role, you will assist the sales department and executive team in support of the marketing and business development strategies for Lake Air Products.

Responsibilities

• Review industry-wide networking opportunities and make recommendations on the most beneficial peer groups and events
• Research trade shows and industry expos; coordinate registration for attendees and booth exhibits
• Create, edit, and coordinate the production of printed and digital sales materials
• Maintain and update the Lake Air Products website regularly, ensuring that the branding and messaging is consistent
• Create Power Point presentations and case studies for the sales team to utilize with prospects and clients
• Produce and maintain social media content across multiple platforms
• Manage LinkedIn outreach, searches, and responses to current and prospective customers and track related analytics
• Assist the sales team with research of prospects and customers to create targeted sales campaigns; share detailed analytics on these findings with the sales group
• Coordinate photo and video content creation with vendors across multiples facilities and for a variety of products
• Coordinate business meetings, customer visits, and related hospitality and accommodations for internal employees and customers
• Support the CEO with assigned executive administration tasks, as requested

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years in a marketing, sales, advertising, or lead generations support role
• Hands-on experience in developing and/or implementing sales campaigns and promotions
• Creative knowledge and experience designing marketing collateral in Adobe Suite software
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills utilized for writing, speaking, presenting, and actively listening
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task, meet deadlines, and easily adapt to change.
• Willingness to take initiative and work independently with strong organizational, time management and communication skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Media design experience preferred
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent work experience) in marketing, business, or related field preferred
