Our Water Consultants are responsible for the relationship and partnership between Culligan and our customers and potential customers; from initial contact to closing sales, consultative selling techniques are practiced throughout.

Accountabilities:

• Initiate, contact, and manage leads; form relationships with people
• Customer service and account development; maintain long term relationships with customers through the use of a database, phone calls, personal activities, community events, etc
• Have a selling mentality, always be ready to recommend a product or service to each person you talk with
• At all times maintain a high level of knowledge about products and services. Always be learning.
• Communicate constructively to teammates across the organization on problems, ideas or other insights as you assist in creating a culture of team work and collaboration
• Report to management your progress with customer relationships, pipeline, forecasts, account development and ideas.
• Prepare proposals and consult on solutions; complete documents or update databases as needed for the business and team to be successful in carrying out customer requests
• Work a minimum of 40 hours per week and be compensated through commissions and performance bonuses

Qualifications and Education:

• a minimum of 1 year sales experience
• possess a skill set as a successful hunter, closer, and marketer
• ability to generate leads and build a territory
• self-starter who enjoys solving complex problems
• excellent interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills
• excellent customer service skills
• ability to work a flexible schedule (some nights and weekends)
• have a valid drivers' license and your own transportation

Job Types: Full-time, Commission

Pay: $55,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
