Randstad, the largest talent solutions provider in the world, is hiring in Kansas City, Missouri. This is a hybrid opportunity working in our local office 2 to 3 days per week.

Our Senior Sales Account Managers are responsible for generating new business in the IT sector through direct client contact, cold calling, territory planning, selling our services, developing accounts, and driving results. We take the time to build relationships with clients and candidates so we can truly understand what they need and how we can help them succeed.

What you get to do:

  • Identify prospects in need of Randstad’s workforce services & solutions
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers via phone, text, email, social media, in-person
  • Create partnerships through various channels of communication with key decision-makers
  • Execute the activities that will gain results (calls, virtual, and on-site client meetings)
  • Provide services that consistently delight our clients and talent

What you need to bring:

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales in the IT Staffing industry or professional services sales experience
  • Proven experience as a sales hunter, generating your own leads and managing them through the entire sales process, contract to close
  • Strong history of being the best at whatever you have done in the past
  • Ability to connect with others through phone, video, social media, and in-person
  • Prior experience working in a team-oriented and fast-paced organization
  • Resilience, self-confidence, and the desire to do an exceptional job
  • Natural curiosity and determination to make things happen - you like to WIN!
