Overview

Business to business inside sales associate position with compensation that is a combination of base salary and commission bonuses. Founded in 1984, North Central Companies is one of the most well-known agricultural commodity suppliers in the country, with expertise in the pet food, feed, food, nutrition, fertilizer, and other industries.

You will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle. This includes prospecting for potential customers, to making deals, overseeing logistics, and building and maintaining relationships.

While these additional responsibilities broaden the scope of the job, this is rewarded with a generous, industry-leading commission structure with no ceiling, providing high income opportunity for those willing to work intelligently and creatively.

The beginning salary is entry level, and it takes a few years to get your feet on the ground. This is not a "get rich quickly" position. However, for the right person who embraces a "give some to get some" mentality, and is willing to grind it out to establish their business, there is considerable upside potential, with many veteran sales people making in excess of $200k.

You will be surrounded by 50+ other successful salespeople, many with over 20 years of experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
