Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for commercial insurance clients.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing their insurance needs.
• Assess client risks and insurance requirements, and recommend appropriate coverage options to meet their unique business needs.
• Collaborate with underwriters and other internal teams to negotiate policy terms, pricing, and coverage enhancements.
• Conduct thorough policy reviews and provide accurate and timely information to clients regarding their insurance policies, renewals, changes and claims.
• Identify opportunities for account growth and cross-selling additional insurance products or services.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and changes in insurance regulations to effectively advise clients.
• Prepare and present reports and proposals to clients, highlighting the value and benefits of our insurance solutions.
• Maintain accurate and organized client records, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Assist with the resolution of client inquiries, concerns, and claims-related issues, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Must be willing to obtain Commercial Insurance license within first 2 months of hire.
• Previous experience in insurance a plus.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present information and negotiate with clients and underwriters.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
• Proficient in using insurance industry software and Microsoft Office Suite.
