Spirit Ford in Dundee is looking for the perfect candidate for a position at our dealership. We are looking for an energetic, outgoing personality to join our service department in a customer service capacity. The role of BDC Rep is designed to work directly with customers both over the phone (roughly 70%) and in person (30%) to have a great experience while they get there vehicles serviced. No one likes it when their car is broken down and this position will often be the first person they speak to when they are looking for help. We need someone who will be a welcoming voice and help make the best of a difficult situation for our customers.

Duties include:

Lead phone screen-er for incoming service calls

Pick up and Delivery Coordination

Assist in the management of our drviers

Set appointments for customers

Follow up calls to keep customers informed

Assist in office paperwork and organization

Additional Info:

Full time with benefits available

Pay is hourly with bonus potential for dept goals.

Automotive/service experience is a plus but not required. This is not a technical position, not knowing a spark plug from a drain plug is OK, we can teach you what you need to know).

Prior experience managing incoming phone calls a major plus!
