Full description of the position

We are seeking a Call Center Associate to join our team! In this role you will call prospective customers in designated market areas to prequalify leads.

Responsibilities:

» Calls prospective customers in designated market area to qualify leads and explain type products offered

» Enters names, addresses, and reactions of prospects solicited into computer database system

» Present the company products to new and existing customers virtually via phone and email communications

» Ability to warm and cold call/work with transfers from cold calls

» Follow “scripts” when handling different types of calls

» Multi-tasking and managing time effectively

Requirements:

» High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to two years related experience, and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

» Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields

» Must be able to type accurately while talking with customers

» Effective phone skills: communication, interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and customer service skills

» Familiarity with CRM platforms, basic computer skills

» Excellent written and verbal communication skills

» Strong phone presence and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year

• Maitland, FL 32751: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Call center: 1 year (Preferred)
• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
