Job posting is for an aggressive BDC/Internet Manager to come and handle the BDC Department. The Department is in charge of all the internet leads and calls.

Job Duties:

+ Manage BDC dept employees and hold everyone accountable.

+ Generate sales appointments for Online Leads and Phone Leads for both stores
+ Must provide premium customer experience and respond to all leads in a professional and efficient manner.

+ Be able to handle New Car & Used Car Customers.

+ Meet Factory requirements for lead times and responses

+ Must be able to work with VIN SOLUTIONS or have prior CRM experience.

+ Prior BDC experience is a must. (2 Years Minimum)
+ Should have prior Car Sales Experience

Excellent phone and communication skills. Needs to work closely with Sales Manager to make sure goals are being met.

Computer skills a must. Must be confident in setting up several Appointments at one time and work all the leads, reaching appointment goals, mastering the reporting required, and handle all the advertisement sources.

Pay: $39,760.92 - $125,000.00 per year
