POSITION SUMMARY

This team member’s main responsibility will be to generate and grow revenue while managing communication and order generation for customers established and/or given.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Call Prospects to generate new business
• Maintain and manage customer communication
• Write Sales Orders in our customized software system
• Prepare Annual forecasts with revised monthly adjustments
• Display a continual upward trend of revenue and margin growth
• Tradeshow Representation
• Customer Review/Category Management

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

BA degree or higher preferred with mandatory experience in Seafood Sales to the Foodservice and/or Retail channels. An articulate speaker with good follow-through skills and:

• A proven history selling seafood
• 3 years of minimum seafood sales experience (crab meat is a plus)
• The ability to travel
• Ability to work at corporate office in Weston, FL
• Strong organizational and people skills
• High Moral Character
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Hardworking attitude
• Forecasting and Budget Expertise
• Desire for Personal & Professional Growth

Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
