Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Presenting, demonstrating and selling new/pre-owned vehicles in a goal-oriented environment that supports overall sales objectives

• Explaining product attributes, performance, and innovations applying to the interest of prospective customers

• Keep up to date with the competitive environment, new products, recalls and translation over to potential customers

• Following up on post-delivery tasks

• Become a brand and product expert to highlight vehicle features and options while making product recommendations

• Develop lifelong relationships with customers and earn their repeat and referral business

• Take care of fellow team members by helping them achieve success

Qualifications

• 1-2 Years sales experience preferred

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

• Minimum high school diploma or GED required

• Excellent customer service, organizations and negotiation skills

• Self-motivated and goal orientated

• 18+ Years of age or older
