SecuraStock creates and builds the most reliable, easy-to-use automated solutions for inventory management in the world. Our company is changing the way Distributors and end-users interact with dispensing MRO and durable goods, setting a new standard to for the entire industry.
We currently have an exciting position available that offers a base salary plus commissions. We are looking for an inside Sales Manager to cultivate relationships with current customers to expand sales. This position is based out of our headquarters location and candidates for this role should reside in the Cleveland, OH area or surrounding suburbs.
The Sales Manager will be more of a “farmer” than a “hunter”, working with current and perspective customers to ensure they are successful with our products which in turn will lead to sales growth. The Sales Manager will provide special support to existing key accounts, acting as their advocate to marshal support from engineering, manufacturing, service and sales to address their needs. This individual will also deliver sales presentations, perform product demonstrations, attend trade shows, conferences and customer events.
Essential Functions:
· Ability to maintain and develop relationships with current and new customers/prospects, grow and maintain existing business opportunities, and seek new opportunities within current account base to grow sales.
· Personal contact for Key accounts to track and assist with ordering new products and personally help and manage stalled issues in Technical Support.
· Respond to key accounts in a timely and appropriate manner to ensure technical support reacts swiftly to requests.
· Follow Onboarding Checklist to make sure all New Customers are set-up properly and identically.
· Work with marketing on email campaigns.

Experience Requirements:
- Must have at least 8 years of sales experience; preferably in Industrial Distribution
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
