The ideal candidate would have prior automotive sales experience with a strong work ethic.


Internet Sales Representative Job Responsibilities:
As an Internet Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in generating leads, responding to online inquiries, and facilitating vehicle sales through various digital platforms. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and responding promptly to internet leads, emails, and online chat inquiries from potential customers.
  • Building strong customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing accurate and detailed information about available vehicles.
  • Demonstrating in-depth knowledge of Subaru models, features, and benefits to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
  • Conducting virtual product presentations, including vehicle walkarounds and test drives, to showcase the Subaru lineup effectively.
  • Collaborating with customers to identify their specific requirements and recommending suitable vehicle options based on their preferences and budget.
  • Negotiating pricing, financing, and trade-in options to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes for the dealership and the customer.
  • Coordinating with the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless delivery of vehicles to customers.
  • Utilizing CRM tools and software to manage and track customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups.
  • Staying up to date with Subaru product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
  • Achieving individual and team sales targets and KPIs set by the dealership.

Internet Sales Representative Requirements: To qualify for this position, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years prior experience in internet sales or a related sales role within the automotive industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and customer-oriented approach.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to handle objections and build rapport with customers.
  • Proficiency in using digital communication tools, CRM software, and other internet-based platforms.
  • In-depth knowledge of Subaru vehicles, features, and the automotive market.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive approach to sales and customer engagement.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple inquiries simultaneously.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or marketing is a plus.

Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen, THC not screened for.
