We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to support our business with strategic retailer partners. On the Naterra Sales Team you will be able to influence across the organization through developing actionable insights that lead to business results. You will be a valuable team member that supports the National Account Manager working with assortment, data analysis, and the development of promotional strategy. This role presents an opportunity to collaborate and grow within the organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL DUTIES

· Prepares sales reports and analysis of special report requirements on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.

· Coordinates order allocation and edits for customers/retailers.

· Supports the National Account Manager for the preparation and review of key customer meetings and activities such as item creation and maintenance and line review / item sell in.

· Analyze and interpret data to gauge trends and patterns, measure performance, and quantify opportunities that can be converted into operational insights for assigned retailer partners.

· Ensure timely submission of item information for retailer item set up.

· Partner cross-functionally to support new item and product launches at assigned retailers.

· Accurately forecast and plan for promotional activity in support of the National Account Manager for assigned retailer partners. Analyze past trade funded promotional activity to maximize effectiveness while having curiosity for new promotional activations.

· Complete assigned paperwork for retailer marketing initiatives.

· Collaborate and build strong cross functional relationships.

· Perform all other duties as assigned by the National Account Manager.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

· Bachelor’s Degree

· Strong interpersonal skills and able to work within a fast-paced environment.

· Analytic experience and curiosity.

· Able to work independently and in a confident professional manner.

· Attention to detail and effective time management skills.

· Experience using MS Office including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.

· Knowledge and general understanding of CPG industry a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $45,000.00 per year
