Job Title: Junior Salesperson - Meat and Seafood

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated salesperson with a background in meat and seafood to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of driving sales. As a salesperson, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our meat and seafood products to both new and existing customers.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, including restaurants, hotels, and grocery stores, to promote and sell our meat and seafood products.

- Identify potential customers and actively seek out new sales opportunities

- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the quality and features of our meat and seafood offerings

- Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies and promotional materials

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth

- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction

- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team

Requirements:

- Previous experience in sales, preferably in the meat and seafood industry

- In-depth knowledge of different cuts of meat, seafood varieties, and their respective qualities

- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

- Bilingual in Spanish preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
