PowerPay is in search of Client Account Representatives to help support our expanding business. You will work closely with our customer operations and sales team to ensure we are delivering a positive client experience. Our aspirations are high and with your expertise you can help take our business to the next level.

Responsibilities include the following (not all inclusive):

• Inbound and outbound calls to address customers' questions about products and services
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers
• Communicating with customers through various channels
• Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
• Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and serve as a liaison between internal teams and clients

• previous experience in loan or mortgage industry helpful
