We are seeking qualified individuals to be part of our Metro by T-Mobile sales team! We are looking for experienced leaders that are motivated, enthusiastic and enjoy being part of a team. Expect a generous and predictable HOURLY PLUS COMMISSION if you excel in making sales !

Qualifications for the position:

* You are available to work a retail schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays

* Energetic, expressive, assertive and amiable

* You can pass a background check and drug screening

*Willingness to role play and practice skills outside of your comfort zone.

* You have your own internet or Wi-Fi enabled smartphone.

* Strong verbal communication skills and ability to work with a diverse customer base.

Bonus Points:

* Spanish speaker

* Previous experience in wireless business, retail environment or commission based sales job.

* Passion for learning and committing to your job.
