Job Summary:

The Automotive Salesperson is responsible for selling cars and interacting with customers in the dealership. The position requires knowledge of sales practices, excellent customer service, and communication skills.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assess their automotive needs.
• Explain the features of various vehicles.
• Demonstrate the operation of vehicles.
• Negotiate prices and close sales.
• Update customer records and document sales
• Ensure customer satisfaction.
• Stay abreast of new products and services.
• Follow up with customers after sales.
• Monitor sales trends and suggest strategies for improvement.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
