Appointment Setter

This is not a remote position. This will be working in a Big Box Store as an in-person appointment setter.

The Appointment Setter is responsible for setting in-home customer consultation appointments by generating quality leads for bathroom remodeling services offered by Love Your Bath. This position will be in a big box store and requires a driven, self-motivated and outgoing professional to meet the needs of Love Your Bath customers.

Compensation:

$17.00 an hour paid weekly with uncapped monthly bonuses.

Major Tasks, Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities:

• Meets or exceeds established productivity goals by generating quality appointments for Love Your Bath bathroom remodeling services.
• Engages customers within the store, provides an excellent customer experience, creates awareness of Love Your Bath bathroom remodeling services, qualifies the customer to the appropriate program and schedules a free in-home consultation.
• Works with store associates and management to maintain a strong store connectivity.
• Sets and breaks down Love Your Bath store displays in locations that allow it and help maintain the appointment center with brochures and materials.
• Ensure the program displays are clean and literature is available for customers.
• Attends store events, home shows, and other lead events to promote Love Your Bath bathroom remodeling services to attendees.
• Keeps accurate records and data of leads generated, appointments scheduled, and other relevant information in the company's CRM software.
• Participates in regular training and development sessions to stay up-to-date on Love Your Bath's services, policies, and procedures, as well as industry developments and trends.
• Collaborates with the marketing team to provide feedback on promotional materials and strategies, as well as to identify new opportunities for lead generation.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be eighteen years of age or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
• The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a high school diploma or GED.
• More than 1 year of work experience required.

Physical Requirements:

• Must continuously stand or walk or regularly requires lifting/handling/carrying material or equipment of moderate weight (8-20 pounds).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge or experience in a sales environment, retail or telemarketing field.
• Ability to travel to various locations based upon business needs is preferred.

Nature and Scope:

This position reports to the Regional Field Marketing Manager at Love Your Bath. This position has no direct reports. This role's work schedule will require working days, evenings, and weekends.
