LA City Cars is a pre-owned dealer that is a part of Northeast Auto Holdings dealer group. The group has 2 new car stores (Kia and Chevy) and 4 established used car stores. The dealership is located in the high traffic area of La Brea in Inglewood.
La City Cars, a thriving preowned dealership in Inglewood - (120 to 160 cars a month) , is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven General Sales Manager to lead our sales team to unprecedented success. We are looking for a General Sales manager that is high energy, excellent salesmanship, and a great leader
Our success comes from the following factors
1.) Capital - over 400 Cars in inventory
2.) Inventory purchasing - almost all of our cars are well under book
3.) Banking Relationships!! - New car banks
4.) Marketing knowledge - #1 rated radio ads in the country
Only Individuals with AUTOMOTIVE Management and Sales experience will be considered for this position.
- Hire and Train sales team. Need to ensure Sales representatives are well versed in the sales process and product knowledge.
- Drive sales team to surpass revenue goals by implementing aggressive sales strategies.
- Walk the lot every day with the sales team to ensure complete knowledge of vehicle prices and overall condition of inventory, advertising, banners and area grounds.
- Build effective sales team by communicating expected performance standards, monitoring performance, identifying development needs, coaching and mentoring
- Meet and greet all customers early in sales process and stay actively involved throughout process
- Must be a CLOSER
- Must know F&I / structuring deals/ TO customers
- Determine vehicle purchase terms, payment, interest, and trade values to customers
- Present vehicle protection packages and secure financing for customers by utilizing professional relationships with lenders and maximizing the deal.
- Subprime experience a MUST!
- Address and resolve customer concerns.
- Ensure exact customer counts and logging of all customer contact into CRM. Include all showroom traffic, service customer inquiries, internet leaders, and incoming sales phone calls.
