Full description of the position

Inside Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting Outside Sales representatives as well as working directly with our customers. Daily tasks include providing quotations and follow up, processing purchase orders and daily communication with customers, via email or telephone. Support/provide assistance in creating customer solutions to meet their needs.

Requirements:

· Detail oriented

· Strong organization skills

· Goal oriented and self motivated

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Dependable and reliable with a strong work ethic

· Ability to work with others as a collaborative team

· Willing to take on new tasks

· Strong computer skills, knowledge of Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint and the ability to quickly learn company-specific ERP system.

· Export/Import compliance knowledge a plus.

Preferred but not required:

Bachelor’s Degree

Background in Sales and/or Manufacturing

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
