Ganja Goddess is a leader in the Montana Marijuana Market and we are looking for compassionate, enthusiastic individuals to join our rapidly growing team. We have locations in Helena, Bozeman, Livingston, and Big Sky (with more locations coming very soon!) We specialize in a patient-centered approach and creating a very welcoming environment. We cultivate and manufacture a wide variety of cannabis products, including flower (buds), CBD-products, vape oil cartridges, concentrates, tinctures, capsules, and delicious edibles.

We are looking for a Budtender to join our team!

Key Responsibilities:

• Create an environment of “Customers First” focusing on excellent client interaction
• Recognize and appropriately respond to the customers with ease and compassion
• Maintain the highest level of confidentiality with patient information and interactions
• Multi-task, think critically, and work quickly to resolve problems as they arise
• Create and execute patient orders based on the needs described by the patient
• Keep current with company policies and procedures as well as Montana State regulations
• Responsible for opening and/or closing of the dispensary (key holder)
• Balance cash and product inventory as part of the daily procedure
• Observing and participating in patient services during consultation and sale
• Maintain accountability in relation to the duties assigned.
• Other duties as assigned by Manager

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Recent and relevant hospitality and/or retail experience required
• Must have reliable transportation
• 2+ year customer service
• Strong customer service skills
• Must possess a positive and professional attitude
• Ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies and systems

Minimum Qualifications:

• Experience in hospitality service and/or high-volume retail environment
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent desired
• 1 – 3 years in a retail environment
• Knowledge of local and state laws and regulations pertaining to medical marijuana, a plus
• Experience working with Excel, POS, and inventory management control systems
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must successfully pass a state background check and pass Montana Marijuana Worker's Permit application

Physical and Environmental Requirements:

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

• Ability to work a minimum of 8 hours a day and rotating shifts mostly standing;
• Flexible schedule availability including nights, weekends, and holidays;
• Ability to lift, push, and pull 50 pounds;
• Ability to sit, squat, bend, and kneel repetitively throughout a workday;
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time;
• Ability and willingness to work in the following conditions:
• General office environment;
• Extended computer usage;
• Extended phone usage including teleconferences

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
