Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Outside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will generate leads, attract new clients, and close deals. Responsibilities
- Makes telephone calls and in-person visits to existing and prospective customers.
- Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with current customers in the assigned territory to generate new business for the organization’s products and services.
- Promotes/sells/secures orders from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach.
- Research prospective customers for information to determine their potential.
- Demonstrates products and services to existing/potential customers and assists them in selecting those best suited to their needs.
- Create and implement an effective sales strategy
- Document all leads, sales, and customer interactions in customer relationship management (CRM) program
- Analyzes the territory/market’s potential and determines the value of existing and prospective customer’s value to the organization,
- Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
- Use best practices in negotiation and sales techniques to close sales
Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Previous experience in meeting sales goals, closing skills, negotiating, and customer service, or related field.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Clean driving record required
