The Inside Sales Associate will work with our current team to manage and ensure timely completion of custom service projects. The candidate should possess a solid background in biology, in addition to excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and extensive attention to detail. He or she will work directly with pharmaceutical and biotech clients and coordinate with our lab.
This position is ideal for someone willing to learn and build their expertise in a short time, and enjoy working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with the account manager to generate quotations, sales orders, and invoices

• Record and organize the detailed requirements of each service project

• Monitor project performance with the lab, calculate the delivery and success rate

• Update the project progress with clients, address client’s questions if any

• Create and maintain project documentation, integrate data into internal system

• Track and receive final project deliverables, prepare deliverables to the end customer

• Match monthly lab cost bill

• Participate in customer/on-site visits and scientific conferences

• Complete other work assignments from the manager
  

Requirements:

• B.S. in biological sciences, M.S. preferred

• Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in R&D

• Excellent written and oral communication skills

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office

• Quick learning of Quickbook and other operational software

• Strong analytical and time management skills

• Bilingual (Mandarin and English) preferred
