Full description of the position

Company Name: ARS-Rescue Rooter Overview:
The Regional Sales Manager – Strategic Alliances will develop and manage a defined group of territories made up of Big Box retail locations and directly supervise a team of 8-10 Field Sales Representatives to drive brand awareness, generate sales leads, and increase sales performance. Reporting to a Division Sales Manager- Strategic Alliances, the RSM will translate divisional and corporate objectives into actionable results in the field. The RSM will partner with store and region leadership to ensure buy-in and alignment of measurable goals and actions necessary to meet those objectives.
Responsibilities:
  • Direct accountability for Big Box retailers and Field Sales Representatives’ performance in defined region
  • Develop and maintain positive & collaborative working relationships with retail store leadership and field management to ensure alignment of goals and business plans
  • Support, develop and implement strategic initiatives and activities in the field
  • Develop & maintain regional “calendar of events” to ensure store events, large scale product knowledge sessions, trade shows, and store walks are balanced amongst the team
  • Attend and participate in regional, divisional and national sales leadership calls
  • Utilize PowerBI and performance KPIs to make data-driven decisions to drive growth
  • Monitor and analyze weekly and monthly results to identify and anticipate areas of improvement down to the store level
  • Train, coach and develop Field Sales Reps through consistent coaching, 1:1s, in-field work-withs and team engagement
  • Provide training on technical issues affecting the store program (seasonal changes, IAQ materials, HVAC equipment, etc.).
  • Spend 75%-85% of time in the field with Field Sales Reps, Customer Field Leadership & Store Management
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • Must have 5 years of demonstrated sales, training, and coaching experience. Management experience is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, communication and selling skills are required.
  • Self-motivated and goal-orientated mindset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Willingness/ability to work a flexible schedule that will include weekends as required
