Titan Brands, a leading eCommerce retailer, is seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team in Memphis, TN. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing existing customer relationships, and providing exceptional customer service. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Generate new sales leads and identify potential customers through proactive outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach.· Conduct research to understand customer needs, preferences, and market trends to effectively pitch and position Titan Brands' products and solutions.· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring regular communication to understand their evolving needs and promote repeat business.· Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies, promotions, and campaigns to achieve sales targets.· Present product information, pricing, and promotional offers to customers, showcasing the value and benefits of Titan Brands' products.· Provide accurate and timely sales quotes, proposals, and product information to customers.· Manage the sales pipeline and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.· Follow up on leads, inquiries, and sales opportunities to convert them into sales.· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer support, to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns.· Stay up to date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive landscape to effectively position Titan Brands' products in the market. Requirements:
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree or related experience is preferred.
- Strong sales aptitude with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively articulate product features and benefits.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Results-oriented mindset with a proactive and self-motivated approach to sales.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Resilience and ability to handle rejection and overcome objections.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Job Location: Memphis, TN
- Job Type: Full Time/Nonexempt (ability to earn overtime)
