We are looking to hire a Sales & Marketing coordinator with outstanding organizational skills. The Marketing coordinator is expected to be a creative individual with fantastic communication skills and excellent time management.

To ensure success, our Sales & Marketing coordinator should be detail-oriented and have a solid understanding of tradeshow implementation and experience working with cross functional teams. Top candidates will exhibit strong organizational skills, strong problem-solving skills, and a strong attention to detail.

Sales & Marketing Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing distributor and national trade shows to ensure consistent brand messaging – this includes show samples, show service orders, and promotions.
• Assist National Account Managers in creating promotions, managing distributor programs, and sales samples.
• Support the marketing and design team by coordinating and maintaining brand content – including promotional pages, product sheets, and product data files.
• Coordinate with Sales Representatives to provide marketing content for retail new product setup.
• Responsible for updating and maintaining companywide price lists.

• 
  Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related (essential).
• Critical thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Solid organizational skills and detail oriented.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, and Adobe.
