Job Description Summary

Are you looking to make an impact where you will be responsible for increasing revenue by generating new customer business, with an emphasis on Cybersecurity Services, Managed Services, and Cloud Services? NET Xperts LLC is seeking an Outside Sales Rep with prior IT sales experience. By joining our team, you will be part of an organization who fights the war against cybercrime.

What Will You Do:

  • Prospect, cold call, and develop new business within assigned markets.
  • Outbound calling to potential and established clients on a daily basis to set face-to-face appointments.
  • Consistently closing sales and achieving monthly activity and revenue goals/quotas.
  • Manage monthly appointment activity and sales calls.
  • Maintain sales pipeline and sales forecast; update CRM on a daily basis.
  • Ability to establish and expand relationships with key decision makers.
  • Work with internal resources to ensure customer projects are handled efficiently.
  • Keep updated on product and industry knowledge.
  • Attend product training as required; acquiring vendor certifications and competencies as required.
  • Build referral sources and strategic alliances.
  • Attend networking events on a regular basis both during and after business hours.

Education And Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
  • Prior IT sales experience is required.
  • Experience working with a CRM system.
  • Pre-sales engineer experience is a plus.

The ideal candidate will have the above education and experience; excellent verbal and written communications skills; a high level of initiative and enthusiasm; the ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment; the ability to anticipate work needs and interact professionally with customers; excellent organizational skills, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail; the ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively; and a strong work ethic and professional etiquette.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
