NEDS is looking for a salesperson for a fast-growing automotive dealership; a product specialist to maintain and grow a customer database, to identify potential customers, follow up with existing customers, and ensure overall customer satisfaction. Be ready to greet guests on the showroom floor, handle incoming phone calls and respond to internet inquiries.
Essential Duties
- Greet and assist customers entering the showroom floor to present a professional environment that supports automotive sales.
- Respond to internet and phone inquiries.
- Answer questions about new vehicles, used vehicles, vehicle performance, and applications processes.
- Employ strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport when assisting potential customers with their vehicle selections.
- Present used and new cars through test drives, demonstrations, personalized videos and dealership walk-throughs.
- Provides thorough product information and demonstration to all prospects.
- Utilize video for customer demonstrations and social media marketing.
- Leverage negotiation skills without compromising customer satisfaction to carry out the sales process following dealership standards and policies.
- Utilizes dealership sales control and follow-up system.
- Ensures that the sales manager has an opportunity to meet each customer.
- Turns 100 percent of closed deals to finance and insurance manager and presents properly completed paperwork (i.e., insurance information, trade title etc.).
- Introduces customers to service department personnel to emphasize to them the quality and efficiency of service repairs and maintenance available in the dealership's service department.
- Reviews and analyzes actions at the end of each day, week, month, and year to determine how to better utilize time and plans more effectively.

Education and/or Experience
- Prior sales experience in a dealership or showroom setting a plus.
- Stellar communication skills, negotiation skills, time management, and interpersonal skills are all crucial for meeting customer needs.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
