System4 Facility Services is a management company that manages facility services and solutions for national brand.

Responsibilities:

• Provide Account Management and Support to Clients (at their facility).
• Manage "Service Provider" Relationships
• Coordinate resolution on Daily Issues from Clients
• Pro-Actively Provide Account Solutions for Clients
• Sales: Prepare/Provide Bids to Clients for New Services
• Be as Team Player!
• Have Fun!

Skills Necessary:

• Desire to LEARN, BE INVOLVED, and MAKE AN IMPACT
• Customer Service/Relationship Background
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to Work Independently
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient with MS Office (Email, Excel, etc)

Requirements:

• Bi-Lingual (Spanish is a bonus)
• Reliable Transportation is required
• Have a Great Attitude (also required)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
