Who are we looking for?

Ideal candidates will have several years of used car manager experience including the purchasing of used car inventory through a variety of sources. We need a true leader and self-starter who possesses exceptional time management skills and has great attention to detail!

• Prior automotive management experience a must!
• Manager operations for used vehicle department.
• Experience acquiring and managing used car inventory.
• V-Auto experience
• Computer proficiency
• Ability to provide consistent input on competitive actions in the marketplace.
• Thrive in a fast paced, ever-changing environment.
• Ability to work with team to maintain profitability of used vehicles.
• Set and meet/surpass goals and objectives.
• High detail orientation (inventory management, website maintenance, follow up with salespeople on used car leads, consistent follow up with service department on recon progress, etc.
• Skilled at inventory acquisition outside of trade/curb buy (auction/wholesalers/etc.)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $140,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
