Teamworks Group in Provo, UT is looking to hire a full-time Sales Development Representative to join our sales team. This person will be free to sell any and all of our services with no sales cap. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A SALES DEVELOPMENT REP

As a sales development rep you will be able to control your own schedule and income. You will be developing leads, finding partnerships, and setting appointments for our account executives. There are a lot of services you will be able to sell and others at Teamworks will be happy to train and support you when needed. You will be expected to keep the CRM up to date and accurate. Your clients are small business owners who are tired of dealing with the headache that is Human Resources and providing a better experience for them and their employees.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR SALES

Requirements for this B2B sales include:

  • • Ability to work with autonomy on how you prospect and manage your pipeline.
  • • Dealing with rejection and not becoming discouraged.
  • • Fantastic phone etiquette.
  • • Ability to keep accurate records in CRM system.
  • • Ability to understand software solutions
  • • Highly driven and skilled at prospecting for new clients
  • • Loves control over how much you earn.

Experience with payroll, HR, and business is highly preferred. Someone who’s willing to learn and be part of a small team is absolutely required. Do you possess a strong desire to learn and grow? Are you efficient and attentive to detail? Are you alright with job shadowing co-workers to learn new skills and jump in when needed? If yes, you might just be perfect for this sales position!
