New Horizon Counseling Center (NHCC) seeks a liaison for our Continuing Day Treatment Program on behalf of our Business Development Team. The CDT Liaison is responsible for creating an excellent customer experience and will extend the activities of The Continuing Day Treatment Program. The Liaison will be responsible for working to identify new participants and assist them in knowing everything about the CDT. The CDT Liaison will continue to maintain contact with the participants until he/she is fully admitted to the CDT. The CDT Liaison is an NHCC Ambassador and will excel in exemplifying the core values.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Embody NHCC core values and be an Ambassador to carry out agency mission.
• Communicate with Account Managers daily on new participants and date start
• Maintain professional presence inside the CDT.
• Assist CDT staff with any supporting documentation needed.
• Some onboarding at the participant’s residence (IF NEEDED).
• Explain CDT to the New Participants.
• Daily record of all New Participants attendance.
• Organize and deliver quality presentations in front of small groups.
• Active member of BD team, respectful of other team members and participates in team’s growth in getting new participants into the CDT
• Participate in Business Development team meetings, huddles call, training and master basics on building long term relationships.
• Complete required documentation to include Weekly Activity Report.
• Work as part of NHCC team to support organizational growth and development.
• Participate in implementation of participant’s engagement and ongoing encouragement.
• Other special projects and duties to be assigned as necessary.
• Ensure the participant’s experience is an enjoyable and encourage the participant attend has many day as they want

QUALIFICATIONS:

· High School Diploma/GED Equivalent required

· 1 -2 years of work experience

· Knowledge and experience working with at risk populations a plus

· Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

· Demonstrated ability to work as a mutually supportive team member as well as take independent initiative.

· Evening and weekend work may be required.

· Driver’s license required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.50 - $18.00 per hour
