Integrated Senior Lifestyles is an innovative and dynamic senior housing management company that operates a comprehensive spectrum of independent living, assisted living, and memory care communities.
We are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Director to join our team. The Regional Sales Director is responsible for supporting a specific segment of the Integrated portfolio to maximize communities’ occupancy and revenue targets.
Tasks may include, but are not limited to the following:
- Support a specific segment of the portfolio (currently has 9 communities located within Texas and will support the opening of additional communities)
- Provide frequent on-site and virtual visits to communities to guide sales and community improvements
- Ensure communities are following Integrated best practices and policies
- Conduct weekly sales calls to review activity, productivity, market analysis and lead planning strategy
- Work in conjunction with Executive Directors and Regional and Corporate Operations Managers to provide full communication, feedback and recommendations for community improvement
- Provide thought leadership and analytical guidance towards achieving established goals
- Requires comprehensive knowledge, passion and use of sales management system (CRM)
- Assists in reporting for assigned communities
- Assists with annual budget review and execution for occupancy and revenue goals
- Works on continuous process improvement and community communication
- Manage sales bonus process monthly for all communities
- Manage market shifts and comp analysis process
- Travel to communities for on-site support and assistance
- Ability to fill-in, if needed, at a community for short term durations
- Onsite event support as needed
- Webinar support as needed
- Strategic ordering of community sales team secret shops and review of results and next steps
- Scheduling and monitoring of sales team Sherpa training platforms (eLearning, virtual classroom, etc.)
- Flexibility in role and other duties that may be assigned.
Qualifications- Education, Experience, and Skills:
- **Mobility**(order qualifier, must be able to move), problem solver, team oriented, organization, people skills, empathy, revenue focused, learner, gritty, positive personality & high energy
- Experience is not as important as an internal desire to grow and learn.
- Must be able to travel 50% of time or greater
- Experience with Sherpa CRM a plus
