Capstone Realty and Management, a leading professional management company with a nationwide presence, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Property Manager to join our growing team. With over 30 properties under our management, we are dedicated to enhancing the lives of our tenants and building great communities.

As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Ensuring all units are ready for occupancy
• Managing tenant payments and ensuring timely receipt of rent
• Coordinating with the corporate office to ensure bills are paid on time
• Managing vendor relationships and overseeing completion of work
• Supervising leasing agents and maintenance crews
• Managing work orders and ensuring timely completion of repairs and maintenance

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• At least 5 years of experience in the property management industry
• 1 year of experience as a property manager
• A high school diploma
• The ability to pass a background check and drug test
• Must be bilingual who is proficient in both English and Spanish.

Pay: $30,629.47 - $45,000.00 per year
