Job Description

RNPlus, Inc. is seeking a Director of Business Development and Marketing to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a positive attitude, able to work well with decision makers at hospitals, nursing homes and assisted living facilities with business to business sales experience in healthcare. This person will be able to manage the day-to-day operations of the company, and will have strong business acumen.

• Duties and Responsibilities

·Manage the day-to-day operations of the company

·Maintain relationships with existing customers, as well as identify new opportunities with Hospitals, Nursing Homes and Assisted Living facilities

·Work closely with HR and marketing teams to come up with recruitment and client prospecting strategies

·Manage the sales process from start to finish, including customer quotes, contract negotiations, and follow through on invoicing

·Work with internal service team to ensure proper delivery of contracted services

.Monitor and manage client receivables to ensure compliance with contract terms.

·Assist in developing new business opportunities within the industry

·Other duties as assigned by management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Ambler, PA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Business development: 1 year (Preferred)
• Sales: 1 year (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 25% (Preferred)
