We are actively searching for an experienced Sales Representative who has service industry experience, a proven track record of successfully building relationships, developing new business, and increasing revenues.
Some of the Sales Representative’s key responsibilities are:
- Building relationships, qualifying customers, developing new business from cold calls and referrals, and selling the value of the many landscape services we provide.
- Be adept at qualifying sales leads, making effective sales presentations, and managing customer relationships throughout a proven sales process.
- Build and maintain rapport and positive working relations with field, office, and management personnel to resolve problems, recognize opportunities, and maximize profits.
- In a timely fashion, prepare complete, clear, and concise reports, proposals, agreements, and other required company paperwork.
- Maintain written information relative to delays, changes, special conditions, schedules, etc.
- Manages sales pipeline data in the CRM and ensures information is updated as prospected client evolves through the sales process.
- Submits all required records in accordance with company policies.
- Once the contract is sold, assist with building the relationship between the Client Relations Representative and client.
Requirements
- Experience selling maintenance and project contracts, service agreements, or any other intangible services in commercial and residential environments.
- Valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record.
- Should be comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM applications.
- Must be able to work independently, effectively communicate our services and adequately answer customer’s questions and concerns to overcome their objections.
- Individual needs to be energetic, motivated, and maintain the drive necessary to develop business in this growing industry.
- Ability to work independently and in conjunction with Project Managers and Account Managers.
- Able to work efficiently with little to no supervision.
Experience in the landscape/green industry is not a requirement, but you must have the desire and aptitude to gain an understanding of this dynamic industry. Training will be provided.
