JOB DESCRIPTION

LEASING CONSULTANT

Alterra Property Group Leasing Associates are the front line of our businesses. Our leasing professionals must possess exceptional sales ability, customer service, and people skills. We are currently seeking an experienced and driven sales associate to lease multiple properties within the Philadelphia area including stabilized and new construction product. Our Class A portfolio requires a vast knowledge of the market and the standard of delivering exceptional customer service for our residents, team members, and partners. Alterra Property Group offers competitive compensation, commissions, and benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Leasing apartments for new construction and stabilized properties throughout the portfolio
• Generate leads digitally and through outreach marketing
• Tracking advertising and social media packages
• Scheduling tours
• Hosting open houses
• Meet and achieve goals set forth by management
• Reporting market trends
• Processing rental applications and preparing appropriate documents
• Work closely with management on daily operations for the success of our properties

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1-2 years’ luxury leasing experience
• knowledge of Yardi or comparable software system a must
• Exceptional closing techniques, communication skills both written and verbal, as well as active listening
• Willingness to be at the property for some non-traditional hours for resident events.
• Weekend hours as needed.
