FULL TIME SALES LEADER

As a sales leader, you will strive to deliver World Class Service, sales goals and merchandising standards each and every day under the guidance of your Store Team Leader and other members of management.

Job Purpose: Sales leaders are responsible for providing customers with a unique shopping experience. Effective selling techniques and providing in-depth product knowledge in a fast-paced, specialty retail environment. As a sales leader, you will be responsible for assisting customers in various departments and ringing up their purchases at the point of sale, preparing new product, stocking shelves and recovery of the sales floor.

Requirements

• Previous experience in specialty retail is preferred, but not required
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to include nights, weekends, and some holidays
• Demonstrate an ability to multitask, while being attentive to customers and remaining flexible to the needs of the business
• Possess an ability to work well in a team driven atmosphere
• Professional attire, demeanor and appearance required
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to lift and mobilize medium to large items up to 50 lbs., while utilizing appropriate safety techniques

Hours

• 30 to 35 hours per week
• Up to 40 during peak selling periods
