We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Service and Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional face to face customer service and driving sales while building strong relationships with our customers in a retail environment. This is an entry-level position with opportunities for leadership and management roles, and we are committed to promoting from within our organization based on performance, not seniority.

Responsibilities:

- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, resolving issues, and addressing concerns
- Drive sales by promoting our products and services and closing deals with customers
- Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing personalized recommendations
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
- Keep up-to-date with changes in our products and services, as well as developments in the field of sales and customer service
Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

- Take on leadership and management roles as opportunities arise, based on performance and potential

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $600.00 - $1,100.00 per week
