Judd Builders, a division of the broad-based DePaul Group, started in the late 1950's building custom homes in and around Philadelphia.

Over our 50-year history, Judd Builders has earned the reputation as a skilled and conscientious planner of communities that are sensitive to the contemporary environmental issues of the day and the concerns of all homebuyers in the Philadelphia region.

Currently we are searching for an experienced, dynamic LICENSED sales professional to assist our sales management team at several of our Bucks County Developments. * MUST BE LICENSED IN THE STATE OF PENNSYLVANIA.

Job Description/Requirements:

· Opens and closes model homes on a daily basis. Follows proper procedures.

· Checks phone messages and records in Day Book; answers phones and writes messages in Day Book.

· Writes Thank-you notes to perspective buyers.

· Ensures supplies (brochures, forms, etc.) are plentiful; if not orders items from Flourtown Office.

· Greets customers cordially and offers literature/brochures on homes. Escorts customers through model homes.

· Offers information on the community, including school system, cultural attractions, shopping, etc.

· Ensures information for weekly sales report is complete. Included are traffic, deposits, converted deposits, etc.

· Prepares settlement forecast forms ensuring accuracy.

· Completes and updates appraiser lists, as necessary.

· Ensures signs, flags, balloons, etc., are advertised on property appropriately.

· Responsible for ensuring the model(s) are ready for show.

· Efficient and timely processing of all required administrative forms, reports and related information.

· Responsible for maintaining a professional appearance and attitude at all times.

* MUST BE LICENSED IN THE STATE OF PENNSYLVANIA.

· Performs other related activities as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $26.50 per hour
