EXPERIENCED Property Manager needed for apartment building(s) in Libertyville & Lake Zurich.

Full-time experienced manager needed for residential apartment buildings. Responsibilities will include leasing, rent collection, enforcement of building rules and lease terms, handling and processing documents of a confidential nature, answering telephone, conducting building tours and interacting with residents on a regular basis. Must have strong administrative skills, be able to work with minimal supervision & possess a high degree of judgment. Experience necessary. Please submit resume with salary requirements.
