RESPONSIBILITIES:

Customer Service:

• Answer phones and respond to email leads in a professional and timely manner.
• Showings
• Collect and process monthly rent payments, post 3-day notices, and actively involved in tenants’ rental cycle.
• Provide customers' needs with positive attitude.

Maintenance:

• Coordinate tenant service requests for maintenance.
• Inspect properties on a routine and arrange for maintenance according to company standards.

Compliance & Safety:

• Company Policies.
• Montana Tenant - Landlord Laws

Perform other tasks as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• College degree preferred
• Computer experience required
• Good character
• Positive attitude
• Energetic
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized with a good work ethic
• Montana State Property License preferred

Job Type: Full Time

Pay: Starting at $22.00/hr DOE
