Eller & Owens Furniture is a stable family owned company looking for talented individuals to grow with us. We need candidates for a full time Office Administration/Commissioned Sales position. We are looking for individuals with the following traits:
- Positive, energetic and engaging attitude Must love people and have developed people skills High Character Ability to communicate well Computer proficiency required No prior furniture experience required.
This position is a hybrid position. The first function of this position is in an Office Administration role that pays an hourly wage. The second function is Furniture Sales in a backup rotational role that pays commission in addition to the hourly wage.
The compensation package includes an hourly wage plus commission on sales. The commission portion provides earning potential that is determined by shopper traffic levels, sales opportunities and your willingness to study the industry and sales craft.
