Collins Group Realty is looking to hire a full-time Listings Coordinator for our Hilton Head Island office. This key position is a member of our Listings Team and supports other departments.

Responsibilities

• In-office and field support
• Scheduling and assistance with photoshoots
• Property project management
• Client and agent interface
• Set up showing appointments, includes evenings & weekend availability
• Vacant property checks
• Administrative assistance to team

Skill Requirements

• Professional image and presentation with clients
• Exceptional organizational and multi-tasking
• Possess excellent written and verbal communication
• Great attention to detail
• Cell phone mastery
• Technology experience, including strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Real Estate, General Studies, or related field, or 1 year+ work experience in a professional environment
• Positive, energetic, and ethical team player
• Enjoy working with people
• Availability on evenings and weekends for iPhone coverage and emergency support
• Have a reliable vehicle and SC driver’s license
• Driven to succeed in a top-notch professional environment
• Interest in the local real estate market
• Experience in real estate and/or real estate license is a plus
• Salary based on experience (includes 90 day review & quarterly bonus potential)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
