Crystal Compton State Farm is a small business in INSURANCE in Forest Park, GA. We are professional and agile. We are expanding and looking for a driven marketing specialist. Insurance experience is not required as we will train the right person with the right skill set.

You will be calling potential clients who have requested insurance information, and transferring them to one of our Agency Insurance Specialists! I need someone who can smile and dial, with an energetic fun personality who is not afraid to make 50-100 calls a day.

We are looking for an experienced Telemarketer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, identifying their needs and providing them with solutions. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, and the ability to handle customer inquiries in a timely manner. The successful candidate will also be expected to maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and provide feedback on customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain customer relationships.
• Make outbound calls to potential customers.
• Explain products and services to customers and answer any questions they may have.
• Gather customer information and enter it into a database.
• Set appointments for sales representatives to meet with potential customers.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
