Job Summary

Equipment Sales Representative-Mining and Aggregate

Materials Processing Systems (MPS), a division of ROMCO Equipment Company, is a full-service distributor for crushing, screening, drilling, material handling, washing, dewatering and conveying equipment. MPS carries industry-leading brands including Sandvik, McLanahan, Keestrack, Phoenix, Kafka, and others.

MPS is currently seeking an ambitious, experienced and talented sales professional with a proven background in aggregate equipment applications, crushing, and material processing.

Duties will include selling, renting or leasing new/used equipment to new prospects and existing customers within the Central, South and East Texas Regions. Requires a minimum of an associate`s degree or equivalent with 5 or more years of experience in sales within the aggregate equipment industry or in a related area. Must possess aggressive and efficient territory management skills, excellent written/oral communications skills and be familiar with concepts, practices and procedures generally accepted within the field of heavy equipment sales/leasing. Must be able to complete successful background, drug screening, MVR, and possess a valid Texas drivers' license.

Experience:

• Relevant sales: 3 years (Required)
• Portable and stationary rock, sand, aggregate equip sales: 3 years (Required)

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)

Travel Requirements

This position requires 80% travel throughout Texas and Oklahoma. Expenses reimbursed.
